Payment
Online orders can be paid for by credit card using our secure system.
This is provided by Pay Pal, the company used by Ebay. Your card
details are held by them and not forwarded to us. You can pay by
cheque if you prefer, please email us before ordering and we will
advise you how to do this. In this case, your order will be dispatched
after the cheque has cleared.
Mail orders must be accompanied by cheque, made payable to The Honeypot.

Delivery
Minimum order: £10
Carriage on orders £10 - £20: £4.50
Carriage on orders over £20: £6.00
We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail and will require a signature upon
receipt. We are not responsible for any delays that may arise from
using this service. We recommend that you provide an address such
as a workplace if necessary where you can be sure that someone will
be available during the day in order to sign for your parcel. Our
Order Form gives you the option of providing a delivery address in
addition to your home address. Please also ensure that you provide
the correct postcode.
It is essential that you do not sign for or accept any parcels where
the packaging is damaged in any way.
Returns
For all returns please email us before you post the goods back
to us. We will give you a Return Identification Number that must accompany
the returned package. We will not accept any parcels that do not have
a Return Identification Number issued and authorized by our office.
If you change your mind after we have dispatched the order we will
refund the cost of the goods only (not the postage & packaging)
minus a £3.95 administration charge. You must return your goods
within 7 days of receipt and they must be returned as new, with all
original packaging in a complete state so that they can be re-sold.
You must return any free gifts that may have been part of your order.
Please also send a copy of your invoice and a covering letter.
We recommend that if you return the goods you ensure that they are
securely packaged and you use a certified delivery service.
In the highly unlikely event that we send you the wrong goods please
contact us immediately. Providing the goods are returned to us as new,
with all original packaging in a complete state we will refund the
postage and send you the correct goods with no delivery charge. We
will dispatch the correct goods as soon as we receive the returned
items.
Refunds are only made to the card from which payment was received.

All information that you supply in order for us to process your order
is held in strictest confidence by The Honeypot. We never pass on your
details to any other company for any purpose.
